Asst HR Officer – Recruitment
· Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media platforms, networking, and internal referrals to source potential candidates for various roles.
· Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and short-list them for interviews.
· Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
· Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on application status and guiding them through the hiring process.
· Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
· Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s culture and values to potential candidates.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline status.
