Agreement Number: 4700024107
Project Number: P30347
Commencement Date: 09-Sep-2024
Completion Date (RFC): 09-Sept-2027 (36 Months)
The scope of work for this project includes residual engineering, surveying, procurement of all necessary materials, installation of flowlines, cathodic protection works at crossings, pre-commissioning activities, commissioning support, and the demolition of existing Water Injection Flowlines and Supply Headers. The disciplines involved will cover civil engineering, pipeline/flowline work, and electrical/cathodic protection, as specified in the project details.
The pipeline replacement will be divided into two categories:
1.Sectionalized Replacement: This involves replacing specific sections of the pipeline which use Carbon steel material similar to existing after checking the integrity of the pipeline.
2.Full Replacement of Pipeline: This involves completely replacing the flowlines and headers using HDPE-lined carbon steel and reinforced thermoplastic (RTP) materials. The replacement will utilize carbon steel with an internal HDPE lining and RTP material, which is applicable only for sizes up to 6 inches. This RTP replacement will account for 10% of the total replaced scope, subject to confirmation and finalization of quantities, and will require further agreement with the company during the project.
