QC Inspector(E/I)
- Quality Control Procedures:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Inspections and Testing:
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality of electrical and instrumentation installations.
- Perform tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to electrical and instrumentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and compliance.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Training and Supervision:
- Train and supervise electrical and instrumentation personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical and instrumentation quality management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as ISO 9001, IEC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Experience in quality control within the electrical and instrumentation field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing quality control procedures.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation techniques, materials, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and tests.
