QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)
- Quality Planning:
- Develop and implement quality management plans for mechanical projects.
- Define quality standards and metrics for mechanical components and systems.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that mechanical processes comply with established quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor mechanical activities to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects in mechanical components.
- Testing and Inspection:
- Conduct tests and inspections on mechanical components and systems.
- Use various testing methods to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical parts.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and compliance.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and support to mechanical teams on quality-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical quality management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in quality management within the mechanical engineering field.
- Proven track record of managing quality assurance and control processes.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical quality management systems and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.
Key Tasks and Duties:

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure mechanical quality standards are met.
- Manage quality-related risks and issues in mechanical engineering.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
